** 3. Pre-Employment Requirements*
* To be considered for employment, candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

+  
** Option 1:
** A minimum of  
** 1 year of law enforcement experience** .

+  
** Option 2:
** A minimum of  
** 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience** .

+  
** Option 3:
** A minimum of  
** 3 years of general security experience**  (C108).

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, warehouse spaces, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

+ Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate entry, exit, and incident documentation in accordance with site procedures.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.

+ Observe shipping and receiving activity, report irregularities involving products, equipment, or restricted areas, and support a professional environment throughout the location.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Possess 1+ years of law enforcement experience OR 2+ years of security supervisor/manager experience OR 3+ years of security-related experience.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
