Hours: 2:30pm-1:00AM Monday-Thursday OR Tuesday-Friday.

$21.00 to $28.00 an hour ($2.50 Shift Differential)

Omniseal Solutions in Bristol, RI is seeking a CNC Machinist I to support precision manufacturing operations. This role operates CNC milling, turning, and grinding machines to produce high-quality components for the Aerospace, Aviation, Automotive and industrial sectors while following safety, quality, and production standards.

• Operate CNC mills, lathes, and CNC grinding machines
• Perform basic inspections using precision measuring tools (Micrometers, Gauges, CMM, Etc)
• Follow work instructions, quality requirements, and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• High School Diploma or equivalent (will consider candidates with considerable experience in lieu of education requirement)
• 1 yr Experience in CNC Machining for Mills, Lathes or Grinding, Preferred
• CNC Machining Training Completion or NIMS Certification, Preferred
• Effective verbal/written communications skills and organizational skills
• Must have strong work ethic, attention to detail, good attendance, and flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Work in a manner that complies with all site policies and procedures, actively demonstrate SG principles of conduct & action, and adhere to all EHS requirements

. This hourly pay rate offered can vary depending on location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for periodic bonus payments/an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 5% of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. The total annual target cash range (Hourly Pay Rate plus Bonus, annualized (40 hrs/week
* 52wks)) for this position, is $51,300 to $66,600 Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
