We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tsugami Swiss CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Tsugami Swiss-type lathes and be able to set up, operate, and maintain the machines to ensure optimal performance and production quality.

• Set up and operate Tsugami Swiss CNC machines to manufacture precision parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders to determine product specifications.
• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Make necessary adjustments to machine controls to ensure efficient production.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Monitor machine operations to detect any issues and resolve them promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer, preferably with specific experience programming Tsugami screw machines.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming, G-code.
• Ability to work independently and make precise adjustments.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
• Good communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• CNC programming skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of different materials and tooling.
