Position SummaryThe Client Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in our agency management systems and supporting both clients and internal teams with administrative and customer service tasks. Youâll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office and client service workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day support for accounts, including handling coverage questions, policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and renewals
- Distribute incoming mail and handle outgoing priority mail
- Answer and transfer phone calls professionally
- Monitor outgoing faxes and confirm delivery
- Maintain an organized and professional front reception area
- Manage and restock office supplies
- Create and maintain both digital and paper customer files
- Ensure efficient processing of correspondence and customer service documents
- Greet and direct clients and visitors
- Troubleshoot billing issues and provide basic client support
- Perform other administrative and client service-related tasks as assigned
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2â3 years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry
- Experience working in a professional office setting preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills
- Selfâstarter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and organizational ability
- Friendly, clientâfocused demeanor
- Problemâsolver with a canâdo attitude
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fastâpaced environment
- Strong decisionâmaking and followâthrough
- Professional appearance and communication at all times
- $19-$21 per hour, depending on experience
