• Safely drive vehicles to test components and systems.
• Accurately estimate the time needed for service.
• Use tools and service equipment to diagnose and maintain vehicles.
• Perform work specified on Repair Orders efficiently.
• Execute repairs to manufacturer specifications and customer expectations.
• Communicate any issues or additional needs to Assistant Service Managers.
• Adhere to dealership procedures for safety and quality standards.

• 1+ years experience as a Ford technician or Ford certifications preferred.
• Broad knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to learn new technology, repair, and service specifications.
• Independent starter with the ability to work well on a team.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

• $22 – $28+ per hour based on experience and certifications.
