Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Overview

Premise Health is seeking a part‑time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) located in Bristol, TN, to provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center.

Schedule:

20 hours per week (Tuesday & Thursday, 7:00 am–6:00 pm).

• Provides direct patient care and collaboration under the supervision of healthcare providers, within scope of practice.
• Performs and documents medical tasks including medication administration, wound care, observation of treatment reactions, and specimen collection (urine, blood, sputum) per provider orders.
• Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures.
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date documentation.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

• Graduate of a National League for Nursing accredited program, Associate’s degree (A.S.) and/or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school.
• Currently licensed as a Practical or Vocational Nurse in the state of practice.
• Certification with hands‑on training in AHA, ARC, or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers.
• At least three years of clinical experience as an LPN/LVN in ambulatory care, occupational health, or emergency department settings.
• Strong phlebotomy skills.
• Previous primary care or occupational health experience a plus.
