Under the direction of the Front Desk Manager, the incumbent is responsible for accurate rating of rooms and ensuring the room rack is properly adjusted at all times.

* Essential Job Functions:

*** Checking out any vacant and clean (due out) rooms and changing statuses of rooms in the rack.
* Running alert date reports
* Reviewing out-of-order and off-market rooms on a daily basis for validity.
* Answering incoming phone calls and responding to guest requests.
* Responding to guests checking out via video check-out.
* Offering bell assistance to each guest upon departure and running applicable reports to verify correct room rates.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

* Qualifications:

** High School Diploma or equivalent education required and minimum front desk/hotel experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

* Additional Requirements:

*** Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
* Must possess strong mathematical skills specific to position responsibilities.
** Work Environment:
*** While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

* The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
* Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.  
** PAY RANGE:**  $14 - $19/Hourly
