Manufacturing Engineer

Manufacturing Engineer – Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Manufacturer Engineer responsible for launching new products into manufacturing, continuously improving processes, efficiency, and product quality, troubleshooting equipment, ensuring cycle‑time commitments, participating in lean manufacturing methods such as Kaizen, developing manufacturing plans, and managing multiple projects to on‑time, on‑budget completion.

• Launch new products into manufacturing.
• Consistently search for ways to improve processes, efficiencies, and product quality.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Ensure program commitments for cycle time and process time are achieved.
• Participate in lean manufacturing methodologies such as Kaizen events and value streams.
• Develop Manufacturing Plans.
• Standard Work Project;
  Tooling/Facilities Equipment Capacity;
  Develop Tooling and Operations Concepts;
  Generate Tool Specifications;
  Value Stream Flow Facility Floor Planning;
  Consumable Materials;
  Product Handling/Flow.
• Oversee all aspects of multiple projects ensuring on‑time and budget completion.
• Review plans, specifications and special provisions.
• Work directly with internal and external engineering and design teams for the design and manufacture of products.
• Represent at project meetings and attend pre‑manufacturing, pre‑fabrication and manufacturing meetings.
• Assist in troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Recommend removal or repair of defective parts or rebuilding the entire product.
• Occasional travel for business purposes may be required.
• Understanding and experience with safety is required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing.
