Overview
TEXTILE MACHINE OPERATOR (12 HOUR NIGHT SHIFT)

Responsibilities- Operate and monitor production of knitted fabrics on multiple machines that differ by make, model and style of fabrics produced, following safe operating procedures at all times.
- Stage materials for production, detect quality problems, respond to machine faults and troubleshoot problems.
- Repair defects and observe machinery for efficient production and quality of greige good cloth fabrics.
- HS Diploma/GED required.
- Previous factory experience helpful, but training is provided.
- Some computer skills preferred.
- All candidates must successfully complete the following: ACT Work Keys Assessments or NCRC;
Hair Drug Screening;
Criminal Background Check.
- Benefits begin Day 1 (Medical, Dental, Vision) + 401k after 30 days.
- 2/2/3 work schedule 7p-7a, off every other weekend.

- $17.80 starting pay with a $1.25 shift differential.
