Registered Nurse

Encompass Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their team. The pay range for this position is $31.00/hr - $46.00/hr, with opportunities for full-time nights and PRN shifts.

Available shifts and pay rates include:

• Full Time Nights: $31-$46/hour + Shift Differential
• PRN on nights: $36-$40 depending on the number of shifts/month
• Area Float Pool RN (covering Bristol, VA, Kingsport, TN, and Johnson City, TN): $55/hour, three 12-hour shifts per week, every other weekend rotation, no benefits, no shift differential

Responsibilities include:

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate their recovery.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
