Team Member, Restaurant​/Food Service

Responsibilities

• Food runner:
  Delivers orders, refills drinks, responds to requests, adheres to sanitation and safety policies, and performs other duties as requested.
• Busser:
  Prepares dining room, maintains table settings, cleans chairs/tables/floors, removes trash, protects the establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies, and performs other duties as requested.
• Dishwasher:
  Ensures availability of clean dishes by washing, cleans and restocks dish area, unloads and stores deliveries, sweeps/mops floors, takes out trash, rinses garbage cans, adheres to sanitation and safety policies, and performs other duties as requested.
• Prep cook:
  Prepares foods per prep lists and manager directions, maintains quality with recipe cards and standards, cleans/sanitizes stations, adheres to sanitation policies, and performs other duties as requested.
• Line cook:
  Maintains prep areas, manages sanitation standards, reads orders, prepares orders accurately, cleans/restocks stations, ensures food quality and quantity, adheres to sanitation policies, and performs other duties as requested.

This is a position at a franchised McAlister’s Deli location.
