Base pay range$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr
Responsibilities- Prepare food according to item specifications and serve ready-to-eat meals with quality and care.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready café area; ensure high-quality products are fresh, ready, and available.
- Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays; manage temperature, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser-quality products.
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Stocking and rotating merchandise; maintaining standards of cleanliness and order; resolving member issues and concerns.
- Be a Team Member:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared foods; collaborate with cross-functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively; adapt to business needs. - Be an Expert:
Prepare food according to specifications; plan for future and seasonal production; follow food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment. - Be a Techie:
Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; utilize handheld devices for production decisions, ordering, and training; adapt to new tools and encourage adoption. - Be an Owner:
Drive area performance; ensure quality and date control; minimize waste; assist members with needs and purchasing decisions; resolve issues. - Be a Talent Ambassador:
Represent the brand, foster a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented culture, and help train others. - Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics; follows Open Door Policy; applies in daily work processes.
- Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, teammates, customers, and partners; manages priorities and communicates progress.

Qualifications- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum qualifications are as listed in the job description
- Preferred qualifications include Food Service experience and Food Handler Certification (Food Safety)
The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
