Overview

Sales Associate - PT e pay range: $11.00/hr - $11.00/hr this role supports the store in delivering a premier customer experience and contributes to the Live Well mission.

This is a Part-Time Hourly Position

• Greet and welcome every customer to create a welcoming environment and attract new and returning shoppers.
• Interact with customers to help them choose the right products, making recommendations based on product knowledge and customer needs.
• Drive for results to achieve and exceed store and personal sales and productivity goals.
• Fulfill online orders accurately and in a timely manner per company guidelines.
• Build product knowledge by staying informed about features, advantages, and benefits; keep up with nutritional, wellness, and fitness news.
• Support store operations including opening/closing tasks, cash handling, inventory counts, deposits, and maintaining store appearance.

• Stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
• Frequent reaching, bending, and twisting; ability to climb ladders.
• Repetitive hand/finger motions; use of hands and arms.
• Frequently lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally up to 40 pounds; push/pull up to 20 pounds.
• Work in temperatures ranging from 50 to 85 degrees, especially in stock areas.
• Use a computer up to 60% of the time.

Sales Associates are expected to model reliability and flexibility, with the ability to work varied hours and days to meet store needs. Typical expectations include opening or closing shifts, weekends, and major holidays when the store is open.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Base pay range: $11.00/hr - $11.00/hr.
