Gold Spectrum is a dynamic, fast-paced hemp processor located throughout Northeast Tennessee. We are proud of our mission to produce high-quality cannabinoid products that make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Our retail bud tenders are the face of that mission, connecting with customers in-store, and helping people feel informed and empowered about their purchases. In this role, you’ll be responsible for welcoming customers, building a rapport, and offering product recommendations that align with their preferences.

You’ll help create a positive, professional, and informed shopping experience while supporting overall store operations and contributing to team sales goals.

• Greet and engage customers with a warm, welcoming attitude
• Consult with customers to understand their product needs and preferences
• Educate customers about product types, usage, benefits, and potential effects
• Provide thoughtful, personalized product recommendations
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process purchases, returns, and exchanges
• Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant retail environment
• Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues to management
• Stay up to date with industry knowledge, product developments, and compliance guidelines

• An excellent communicator with strong active listening skills
• Naturally friendly, professional, and passionate about helping others
• Customer service-focused with a sales mindset and attention to detail
• Knowledgeable or eager to learn about cannabinoid products and their uses
• While using our products is not required, we encourage all team members to be ambassadors of our industry and share in our passion for wellness and innovation

• Salary: $14.50/hour
