Position summary:

Join our freezer, cooler, and deli team and you’ll help keep shelves stocked and support operations and sanitary conditions of our freezers and coolers. In the deli department, you’ll be on the front lines of customer service.

Maintains safety of Facility by following safety standards and guidelines including safety sweeps, forklift spotting, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.

Maintains the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area by handling claims and returns, zoning, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up and cleaning displays, removing damaged goods, pricing, completing required audits and documentation, and securing fragile/high-shrink merchandise.

Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing Deli products, resolving issues, and promoting Company products and services.

Follows Company policies related to Freezer/Cooler area including food handling policies, equipment operation/maintenance, cold chain procedures, cleaning, monitoring, and reporting issues to Management.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. Additional compensation may include premiums up to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

Must be 18 years of age or older. Successful completion of required trainings and assessments may be required. The position requires the ability to work with the responsibilities of stocking and customer service in a retail environment.
