The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor's primary objective is to create a memorable shopping experience for customers. We look for beauty enthusiasts eager to assist with hair color, cosmetics, skincare, or nails. Sally Beauty provides extensive training to support your knowledge and skills. Requirements include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferred: 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience.
• Availability to meet scheduling needs.
• Clear communication with customers, co-workers, and management.
• Ability to apply product knowledge to support customer service.
• Ability to read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform duties as assigned by management.

Legal considerations:

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally using a ladder, with or without accommodations.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors occasionally.

Physical requirements include long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stretching, reaching, lifting moderately heavy items, and working around moving parts or chemicals.
