Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy and applying these in executing business processes.
Operates a forklift following company standards and guidelines by safely picking up, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise pallets.
Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress, and determining ways to address improvement opportunities.
Receives stocks and organizes merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers, managing inventory flow and utilizing equipment appropriately.

Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying member needs, and offering guidance and support with self‑service technology and purchasing decisions, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.
Maintains safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials safely, and reporting unsafe situations.
Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation by zoning the area, stocking and rotating merchandise, setting up cleaning and organizing product displays, and ensuring prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise.
Ensures club pick‑up orders are filled and staged appropriately for Merchandising Associates to pick, and performs occasional audits for accuracy.
Tracks goods, maintains in‑stock levels, and controls shrinkage in a timely manner, and reports poor inventory practices.
Operates and maintains forklift safely and reports conditions or practices that are unsafe.
Identifies shrink opportunities and problems with products, services, and work areas, and takes steps to fix the problem.
Respects the individual's differences, builds a team, and mentors others, while acting with integrity and serving our customers and members first.
Strives for excellence by driving continuous improvements and using new technologies.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

• 90 days of prior experience with forklift certification and ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
