Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader for our Bristol, TN location. You’ll perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks, partner with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales and guest satisfaction, recruit and train teammates, and maintain store standards on a daily basis.
Responsibilities include leading by example in customer service, product knowledge, and visual presentation while supporting a positive team culture and ongoing development of staff.
