Commercial Sales Manager – Friendship Automotive

Base Pay Range$80,000.00/yr – $/yr
LocationJohnson City, TN
What You’ll Do- Manage the interface, bidding, and follow-up of commercial and fleet accounts
- Present GM with monthly forecasts for fleet deliveries
- Work with GM to develop and implement an annual business plan for the Commercial Vehicle Center
- Partner with GMs and Friendship Management Services to coordinate fleet sales for all Friendship locations
- Ensure quality delivery of all commercial sales
- Follow up on payment for delivered units of commercial accounts
- Act as a source for local and national courtesy deliveries
- Maintain contact with federal, state, and local government agencies or utilities to secure fleet business, actively utilizing the bidding process
- Acquire new commercial and fleet accounts
- Supply leads to Ford Pro Telematics Team
- Use resources in CDJR Business Link tool to maximize involvement with commercial accounts
- Train and assist Commercial Department Sales and Support Teams
- Collaborate with Service Managers to help grow and improve service for fleet customers
- Support New Vehicle Department operations as needed
- Attend manager meetings as requested
- Bring a positive attitude to the Friendship Family and culture
- 3+ years automotive sales experience required
- 1+ year(s) automotive dealership management experience preferred
- Verifiable success in automotive leadership
- Well‑developed problem‑solving skills
- Enthusiastic personality with a high‑energy attitude
- Ability to be adaptable while leading and training others
- Customer‑focused and process‑oriented
- Available to work flexible hours in a fast‑paced environment
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
