Job SummaryJCC is looking fora laborer with equipment operatingexperiencefor our heavy civil construction project in Bristol TN. However, open to travel is a plus.
Responsibilities and DutiesOperate pneumatic and electrical tools, concrete vibrators, compactors, concrete saws, cut-off saws, jackhammers, and heavy equipment
Dig, spread and level dirt and gravel using a pick and shovel.
Lift, carry and hold building material, tool and supplies.
Clean tools, equipment, and work areas.
Mixes, pour and spreads concrete, asphalt gravel and other material using hand tools.
Joins, wraps, seals and beds sections of underground pipe and pipe penetrations.
- Must be able to understand verbal instructions.
- Experience in operating heavy equipment such as a trackhoes, backhoes, loaders or excavators a plus.
- Must have a minimum of2 yearsexperienceonaconstruction jobsite.
