Autograph Recruitment are partnering with a thriving accountancy practice based in Central Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious qualified or QBE accountant to join a dynamic team and take ownership of a varied client portfolio.

• Manage your own portfolio of clients, building strong, long-term relationships
• Meet and communicate directly with clients, offering expert advice on a wide range of financial and commercial matters
• Prepare statutory and management accounts
• Support and mentor junior members of the team
• Use your experience with accounting software, including Quick Books and Xero, to deliver accurate and timely results
• Approach challenges with a positive, "can do" attitude and a creative problem-solving mindset

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or QBE) with at least 5 years' experience in a UK accountancy practice
• Confident and capable in a client-facing role, able to adapt to different situations and needs
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage your own workload efficiently
• Hardworking, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional service
• A team player who enjoys supporting colleagues while taking ownership of your responsibilities
