Position: Full Time / Permanent

Salary: Up to £50,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Autograph Recruitment are working with a well-established and growing accountancy firm in Bristol. They are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented individual to join their expanding accounts team.

This role is ideal for someone nearing the end of their ACA/ACCA studies or already qualified, offering excellent development and progression opportunities while working with a diverse client base. On‑the‑job training will be provided to support your growth.

• Prepare year-end accounts for a range of clients
• Assist with forecasting and financial planning
• Prepare personal tax returns
• Support the senior management team in day‑to‑day tasks
• Mentor and oversee junior staff, helping to develop their skills

• Currently studying towards or already qualified in AAT
• Motivated to continue studying and complete ACCA (if applicable)
• Ambitious, driven, and eager to progress within a growing firm
• Confident, proactive, and committed to delivering high‑quality work
