Accountant – Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

• Process, verify, and reconcile supplier invoices ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices, allocate receipts, and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate financial records, including posting transactions and completing reconciliations.
• Monitor aged debtor and creditor reports, resolving queries with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Support month-end processes including reconciliations and documentation for reporting and audits.

• AAT qualified or actively working towards full qualification.
• Previous experience within media or production environments would be highly beneficial.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships.
• Proficient user of accounting systems and Microsoft Office.
