The Role

A growing Corporate & International Tax team is seeking Assistant Managers and Managers to support a broad client base across multiple sectors. The team works on a wide variety of projects, including corporate tax compliance, reorganisations, acquisitions and disposals, due diligence, and demergers. These positions are available across multiple UK offices and provide opportunities for progression within a supportive and expanding practice.

• Proven exposure to both compliance and advisory projects.
• ATT/CTA and/or ACA qualification (or equivalent).
• Direct client-facing experience, with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Strong working knowledge of corporate tax accounting and compliance requirements.
• Alphatax experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong project management, organisational and communication skills.
