Accounts Payable Administrator

• Managing calls and emails, ensuring timely query resolution
• Verifying invoices on accounting ledgers in line with SLAs
• Conducting account reconciliations and adhering to month-end deadlines
• Overseeing stock management, handling payments and receipt postings
• Providing exceptional support to internal and external customers
• Working with internal teams, assisting with departmental controls and audits
• Supporting with ad hoc project work as required

• Previous experience in a similar accounts payable role and/or AAT Level 1 (or equivalent)
• Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities
