Position: Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant
Location: Brentry

Our client are an established family business based outside Dungannon who supply the construction industry. They are currently recruiting a Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant , the successful applicant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions and supporting month-end processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial records across the business. This client can offer flexibility with start and finish times to suit the successful applicant.

Key Responsibilities Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Performing bank reconciliations on a regular basis Assisting with month-end accounts preparation Preparing and submitting CIS returns Completing UK and ROI VAT returns Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting audits when required Liaising with internal teams and external advisors as needed Skills & Experience Previous experience in a Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant or similar finance role Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes
