Reporting Accountant; FTC

Reporting Accountant (FTC until Nov 2027)

Qualified accountant with 2+ years PQE, experienced in corporate financial reporting, expected to work 3 days a week in central Bristol. The role covers maternity leave on a long‑term basis, with potential for further opportunities at the end of the term or within the contract.

Key attributes: strong financial reporting experience, advanced Excel skills, experience producing divisional statutory financial statements, and strong communication skills to ask questions and challenge at all levels. Preferred experience includes joint venture accounting and working within complex group structures.

Ideal candidates have worked in industry or within a practice post‑qualification; applicants coming straight from a top‑10 accountancy firm will also be considered.

Contract starts as soon as notice has been worked out, and the role may become permanent at the end of the term.
