This highly regarded Bristol-based accountancy practice is looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Senior or Client Manager to join its friendly and collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a varied client portfolio whilst working alongside experienced colleagues in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

The role will see you:

-Managing a portfolio of clients, supporting them with their ongoing accounting and taxation requirements
-Developing strong, long-term relationships with clients and becoming a trusted point of contact
-Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team, helping them to develop their technical skills
-Working closely with senior colleagues to ensure a consistently high standard of client service We're looking for:
An experienced practice accountant with a solid background in accounts preparation and tax compliance within an accountancy practice environment. ACA or ACCA qualifications would be advantageous, although applications are equally welcomed from candidates who have developed strong technical skills through experience. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships will be essential. In return, you'll benefit from:
