Charles Maidment from the Hays Bristol senior finance team is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Bristol-based organisation for an experienced Interim Management Accountant, to provide essential support during a busy year-end period. This opportunity has arisen due to an unexpected absence within the finance team and requires someone who can hit the ground running from day one.

• Support the year-end process, including audit queries and evidence gathering
• Assist with the production of monthly management accounts
• Work closely with a small, collaborative finance team
• Contribute across a UK business with an international subsidiary operation

• 3-6-month initial contract
• Competitive day rate (PAYE/Umbrella & experience dependent)
• Flexible hybrid working (c.1 day per week in the Bristol office)
• Immediate start available

• Experienced Management Accountant with strong month-end and year-end experience
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to quickly understand processes and add value from the outset
• Available at short notice
