As an Audit Senior Manager
, you will take ownership of a diverse client portfolio, ensuring high-quality audit delivery while building trusted relationships with clients throughout the year. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll drive audit excellence, mentor developing team members and contribute to the ongoing growth of the department.
- Lead the planning, delivery and completion of statutory audit assignments.
- Manage a varied portfolio of clients across multiple sectors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the year.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional service.
- Review audit work and maintain the highest technical and professional standards.
- Coach, mentor and develop junior team members and managers.
- Delegate work effectively while supporting team development.
- Work closely with Partners to deliver successful audit engagements.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client service and support business development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant audit regulations and quality standards.

- ACA or ACCA qualification.
- Significant external audit experience within professional practice.
- Experience managing complex audit assignments and client portfolios.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to client service.
- The ambition to progress within a successful and growing firm.
- Salary of £68,000 - £82,000
