Audit Assistant Manager

Public Practice specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment have been instructed on an Audit Assistant Manager opportunity on behalf of a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Bristol. A fantastic opportunity for a recently ACA/ ACCA qualified individual with experience of leading external audits looking for continued professional development and an excellent work/ life balance. Assisting in managing an impressive portfolio of clients (Large OMBs, PLCs, and Groups with international affairs) involving a mixture of audit, accounts and business advisory work.

The Role:

Assisting in managing a portfolio of clients Leading/ managing external audits from planning to completion Leading teams of junior staff on site Review of statutory accounts in line with UK GAAP and FRS
102 Review of corporation tax computations Managing teams of junior staff Regular client meetings and dealing with queries Training and developing junior members of staff Providing support to the Managers/ Partners Benefits Include:

Experience of leading audits from planning to completion UK practice experience is essential Strong working knowledge of UK GAAP & FRS
