This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious audit professional to take a leading role across client delivery, audit quality, team leadership and business development, working with a varied portfolio of SMEs, owner-managed businesses and larger groups.

Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee a portfolio of audit and assurance engagements

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Deliver high-quality audits in line with UK GAAP, IFRS and professional standards

Act as a trusted adviser, providing commercially focused insight to clients

Identify and develop new business opportunities

Support the strategic growth and development of the audit practice

Lead, mentor and develop audit teams

Drive audit quality, technical excellence and continuous improvement

Work collaboratively with other service lines to deliver integrated client solutions

Contribute to the firm's wider strategic and commercial objectives

About YouACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified

Significant post-qualified external audit experience

Proven experience leading audits and managing client relationships

Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS and auditing standards

Experience working with SMEs, owner-managed businesses and/or larger groups

Previous experience at Audit Manager, Senior Manager, Director or Partner levelRI status, or the ability and willingness to obtain RI status

Strong commercial awareness and business development skills

Excellent leadership, communication and relationship-building skills

Entrepreneurial and proactive approach with the ambition to contribute at Partner level
