The Role

You will work alongside Tax Partners and Directors to deliver high-quality employment tax advice:

• Lead employment tax advisory projects, including benefit and reward planning, international employments, national minimum wage, and construction industry scheme matters.
• Advise businesses on employment tax aspects of acquisitions and sales, including due diligence sign-off.
• Develop and coach trainees, supporting their journey to become accomplished tax advisors.
• Engage in business development across the local marketplace and the wider firm.
• Contribute to the ongoing growth and strategic direction of the employment tax services offering.

What we're looking for:

• Relevant Accountancy qualifications, ideally including CTA, and relevant experience within an UK employment tax environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective client relationships.
• Experience advising on international employments is desirable, but not essential.
• Coaching and team development experience, with a passion for helping others grow.
• Driven to contribute to business growth and the success of the team.
