Audit Senior Manager – Bristol Bristol | Full-Time | Hybrid & Flexible Working | Competitive Salary  Benefits 're recruiting an experienced Audit Senior Manager to join a well-established and growing accountancy practice in Bristol . This is an excellent opportunity for an ACA or ACCA-qualified audit professional with strong external audit experience who is looking to take the next step in their career.

You'll manage a varied portfolio across corporate groups, owner-managed businesses, international clients and not-for-profit organisations .

Key Responsibilities Plan, manage and lead audit assignments from start to completion Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the year Manage complex audits across a varied client portfolio Work closely with Audit Partners to maintain audit quality and client service Review audit work and ensure files meet professional standards Delegate effectively and oversee junior team members Coach, mentor and develop the wider audit team Build strong, long-term client relationships Identify opportunities for additional services and business development Manage deadlines, budgets and workflow across assignments Keep up to date with changes in auditing and accounting standards About You ACA or ACCA qualified Proven experience in a Senior Audit Manager or Audit Manager role Strong external audit experience within an accountancy practice Excellent knowledge of UK auditing and accounting standards Experience managing and reviewing audit assignments Confident leading, coaching and developing others Strong client relationship and communication skills Commercially aware and focused on delivering excellent client service Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities Ambitious with a genuine desire to progress and contribute to team growth What's on Offer Hybrid and flexible working Competitive salary and benefits Varied audit portfolio across multiple sectors Exposure to large groups, international clients, SMEs and not-for-profits Senior client-facing responsibility Leadership and team development opportunities Strong Partner exposure Ongoing professional development Clear career progression Supportive and growing team environment Location Bristol, Somerset Commutable from Bath, Weston-super-Mare, Portishead, Keynsham, Clevedon, Taunton and surrounding areas .
