We are looking for an experienced Office & Workplace Manager who has a passion for excellence and outstanding attention to detail to join our Bristol team.
In this fast‑paced role, you will be responsible for delivering a professional, well‑run, and compliant workplace experience across Crux offices. You will lead the Front of House team, coordinate office services and facilities activities (delivered by the Facilities & Maintenance Technician), and provide high‑quality administrative support across the business.
The role has responsibility for Crux's campus of offices in Bristol, UK as well as our US satellite office, ensuring consistency of office standards, processes, documentation, and employee experience, while working in partnership with local contacts for on‑site execution.

Office & Workplace Coordination- Oversee day‑to‑day office operations and workplace experience, acting as first point of contact for office services and facilities activities.
- Schedule planned servicing, statutory checks, and maintenance activities.
- Track and elevate facilities issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Identify opportunities for workplace and space improvements.
- Support a positive, professional office culture.
- Manage and support the Front of House team.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception environment.
- Health, Safety & Compliance: coordinate H&S and Fire Safety checks, reporting, and policies.
- Coordinate office‑related new‑starter inductions.
- Act as Key Holder and coordinate key access and training.
- Provide administrative support to Operations and the wider business.
- Coordinate travel bookings for staff.
- Manage petty cash requests in line with company policy.
- Events, Culture & Engagement.
- Budget & Continuous Improvement.
- Proactively suggest improvements to office systems, processes, and ways of working.
- Experience working in a similar Office Management or Facilities role.
- Detail‑oriented with strong administrative skills.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office platforms.
- Hardworking and proactive with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to take ownership and execute tasks efficiently.
- Personable, service‑orientated approach.
- Experience in coordinating service suppliers and contractors.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety compliance and reporting.
- Ability to meet deadlines, multitask and work under pressure.
- Trustworthy, reliable and willing to go the extra mile.
- First Aid and Fire Warden training.
- Experience with Legionella testing.
