Reablement Bridging Administration Assistant
Part Time – 18.5 hours per week, Fixed‑Term to July 2026
Based at East Bristol Intermediate Care Centre.
OverviewAn opportunity to support the Reablement Bridging Service as an Administration Assistant, providing efficient and high‑quality administrative support.
Key Tasks- Input, amend and maintain data on spreadsheets, databases and other systems.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather, pass and process information.
- Complete and submit referrals to internal Social Work teams.
- Complete and circulate reports based on service utilisation.
- Relevant Level 2 qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 2, relevant GCSEs) or equivalent knowledge gained through experience.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Strong time‑management skills and ability to prioritise own workload.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions and guidelines, and solve problems within own work area.
Enhanced DBS Check required.
