Are you an experience administrator? Are you a strong communicator? Do you have excellent organisation skills?

We are recruiting a full time, permanent Administrator to join our Centralised admin team based in Bristol. Your hours will be:

  • Monday - Friday - 14:15 - 22:15

This role of Facilities and Estates Administrator is to support the Division with the delivery of a smooth and comprehensive centralised administration service. You will work across 4 key areas:

  • Rostering
  • Absence
  • Ordering
  • General Administration
Main duties of the job

Duties of the role include but are not limited to:

  • To notify line managers of non-arrivals to ensure welfare checks are given to staff members
  • Using requirements submitted by departments, creating overtime & bank allocations, ensuring staff are allocated fairly and are compliant with trust policies & working time directive
  • Staff the absence line, taking calls from staff members, obtaining information such as planned return to work date, fit note queries etc.
  • Support managers by preparing Performance Management templates and meetings
  • Support with general IT queries from staff, such as  access, ESR & Kallidus Access
