Join our Transformation & Projects team as a Change Support Coordinator
, where you'll play a key role in how change is understood, adopted, and communicated across the firm. You'll provide essential coordination and analytical support, including helping to deliver the roll‑out of GenAI tools
.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, connecting with people, spotting themes in data, and keeping complex projects running smoothly. You'll take real ownership of your work while being part of a team that believes the best outcomes come from shared insight and collective effort.
What you'll be doing:- Coordinating feedback – setting up feedback processes, logging insights and ensuring data is captured consistently
- Insight into action – identifying themes, producing analysis and preparing clear summary materials
- Keep people connected – being central point of contact for the Champions network and organising engagement sessions
- Supporting smooth engagement – tracking attendance and participation, and sending out communications
- Co-ordinating and scheduling engagement and stakeholder activities
- Previous experience in a coordinator or administrator position
- Professional services experience (desirable)
- Available to start the role by March/April
- Confident using Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and Power Point
- A clear and confident communicator
- Curious and adaptable, with the ability to get to grips with new technology
- Proactive and able to use their initiative to keep things moving
