We’re looking for someone with the passion to provide excellent administrative support, particularly around learning and development. We are looking for someone to work with databases, SharePoint and our Bristol SU Intranet. We are looking for someone to provide practical support for salaried staff’s learning and development – liaising with trainers, booking in training, organising rooms, adding attendance to staff L&D records, sending out feedback forms, collating feedback as well as supporting the annual planning cycle.

You need to be someone who can work on your own initiative and manage your own workload. You will be passionate about supporting the team to deliver a great service.

What’s the job?

Role: Learning & Development (L&D) and Executive Administrator

Hours: 21 hours per week - part-time role (0.6

FTE) with our expectation that you will work at least two days of your working pattern across Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Salary: £15,068 to £21,137 (pro-rata). The starting salary for this role is £25,113 FTE. The grade range for this Administrator grade role is £25,113 to £35,228 FTE and pay can progress annually through the band in line with our pay and reward policy.

Contract: Permanent

Closing date: Fri 15th Aug 2025 at 5pm
