About the Role

We are looking for a Curriculum Administrator to support the ESOL department. This individual will provide high‑quality administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of teaching, learning and assessment activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for staff, students, parents, carers and external stakeholders, managing communications and coordinating key administrative tasks.
  • Organise student assessments, support re‑enrolment processes, monitor attendance data and coordinate staff cover.
  • Assist the ESOL team with maintaining efficient systems and processes, ensuring continuity and excellence in service delivery.
  • Conduct a search of the online presence for successful candidates as part of the selection process.
Requirements
  • Experience in an educational or administrative environment, preferably within a higher education or vocational setting.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work flexibly within a team.
  • Required completion of an enhanced DBS disclosure.
