- Book travel arrangements and schedule business travel requests.
- Coordinate travel requests and communicate with customers and drivers.
- Manage IT equipment and maintain accurate administrative records.
- Secure mail and personal information in compliance with regulations.
- Control receipt of parcels, packets, and letters from Royal Mail and commercial couriers.
- Accurately sort and distribute mail within specified time frames, ensuring proper signatures for receipt.
- Ensure all activities comply with Health and Safety Regulations and the General Data Protection Regulations.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and competent.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Confidence, self‑motivation, and initiative.
- Responsive to company and customer requirements.
