Position: Academic Support Administrator (Maternity Cover)

Overview

Clifton College is seeking a competent and reliable administrator to support the Upper School academic team. The role is a maternity cover position, likely required for all three terms.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team and areas of middle management.
  • Assist with printing services and related logistical tasks.
  • Coordinate matron and lesson cover as required.
Working Hours and Salary
  • Full‑time part‑year role: 37.5 hours per week during term time plus 5 weeks (total of 37 working weeks).
  • In‑person office cover Monday to Saturday, specifically covering 07:30 – 08:00.
  • Salary: £23,533 per annum (pro‑rata of £29,591 FTE).
