Receptionist Administrator

At Oasis Academy Brislington, Bristol

Salary: SCP 7 - 11 (FTE £26,403 - £28,142)

Actual Salary: £9,820 - £10,467

Hours:

18 hours per week – Thursday & Friday

Hours per day – Thursday 8.00am to 5.00pm (1hr unpaid lunch);
Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm (30 min unpaid lunch)

The role

The Receptionist/Administrator is a key role in the Academy.

Key responsibilities
  • Ensure reception remains tidy and presentable at all times
  • Receive visitors and direct them appropriately
  • Answer incoming calls, managing queries from parents, staff, and students effectively
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries and distribute appropriately
  • Perform general office duties and administration
  • Provide first aid (full training will be given)
  • Maintain high levels of organisation and remain calm under pressure
