We're looking for an organised, reliable Administrator to keep our day‑to‑day operations running smoothly. If you're detail‑focused, good with people, and confident juggling tasks in a busy environment, this role could be a great fit.
What You'll Do

Support managers with customer updates, paperwork, and general admin

Keep systems accurate by updating orders, documents, and records

Coordinate between teams to keep work moving and meet customer expectations

Prepare basic paperwork like agreements, purchase orders, and invoices

Answer calls and help customers with simple queries

Handle equipment admin, including orders, updates, and changes

General admin tasks to support the wider team
What You Bring

Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills

Confident multitasking in a busy environment

Clear communication and a calm, practical approach

Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook)
Desirable:

Experience in plant, truck, agricultural, or similar admin

Familiarity with ERP or dealer systems
