What We Are Looking For

At OMNIA Training, we’ve brought together some of the UK’s most innovative defence training organisations into a single consortium to deliver one powerful mission: to transform the British Army’s training system and create the best‑trained Army in the world. OMNIA Training will redefine the British Army’s collective training, standing up as the Army’s Strategic Training Partner. To do that, we are looking for the best and brightest minds from across the UK.

We are backed by British innovation and powered by world‑class experts, like you. OMNIA Training is primed by Raytheon UK, but all five partners (Raytheon, Rheinmetall, Capita, Skyral and Cervus) are key to delivering the scope of the contract. Rheinmetall Electronics UK (REUK) is entrusted with the Training Delivery aspect of the contract, and this role will be fundamental in enabling this as part of a Rheinmetall Programme team.

This is more than a job — it’s a mission. You will be part of a high‑impact, collaborative environment, where we expect everyone to live the values and standards of the British Army. Every person in our team plays a critical role in delivering OMNIA Training’s vision; designing, delivering, and transforming collective training so the British Army is ready to fight and win.

The Role

The role is the CTTP Project Coordinator, responsible for supporting the REUK Programme Management Office and REUK Services as required. The Project Coordinator will provide essential administrative and coordination support to the REUK Collective Training Transformation Programme (CTTP) Programme Management Office (PMO). This role will support the enablement of the Army Collective Training Service (ACTS) programme. This role is central to the day‑to‑day running of the PMO.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule meetings and record minutes of the meetings where required.
  • Maintain PMO Action Log, Decision Log and Resource Tracker.
  • Assist team in preparation of reports and briefing packs.
  • Provide travel coordination support.
  • Provide procurement administration support.
  • Manage onboarding of new staff in terms of floor plate passes, MoD account set up and SharePoint access.
  • Support Project Controller with SAP management activities – this may include expense processing, invoice processing and resource allocation.
Qualifications
  • Experience of working within a PMO coordination/administration role.
  • Time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (emails, Word, Excel).
  • Disciplined, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure.
  • Mission focus, enthusiasm and drive to get things done, collaborating with colleagues and other defence training organisations, the Omnia Partners and the British Army.
  • Willingness to work in the Defence sector and undertake BPSS and Security Clearance (SC) checks, if not already held.
