Our client has the need for an experienced In house Recruiter, Agency Recruitment Administrator or HR Administrator to join their busy team on a Full Time, Permanent basis.
This growing company, who have offices all across the UK and Internationally, have an office based in the centre of Bristol. The Recruitment team work with a professional organisation to attract a broad range of staff and work with them in the recruitment cycle before they start work. This will be a busy role that will work with a lovely, close knit team to ensure excellent service and admin procedures are followed at all times.
Day to day the role is very process driven and will involve duties such as:
- Support advisers to attract, develop and retain high quality applicants.
- Arranging interviews and scheduling candidates.
- Manage the psychometric testing process.
- Booking meeting rooms, prior to interviews.
- Producing offer packs.
- Managing the recruitment mailbox.
- Track all new starters.
- Upkeep of the HR database.
- Responsible for all admin relating to employee lifecycle.
In order to be considered for this role, we will need to see a minimum of 18 months previous admin experience within a recruitment or HR administrative role. Applicants without this department experience will be considered if they have very good admin skills and an interest in HR or Recruitment, or a CIPD qualification.
Applicants must have excellent communication skills, be happy to manage their own work load, and be comfortable during periods of peak workflow. A professional work approach is essential.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm (37.5 hour week). Parking isn't available on site but the modern office is based in a great location for public transport and close to Temple Meads Station.
