Platinum Recruitment are currently looking for Document Controller in Bristol for a major Client ⚡️
Location Bristol, will consider hybrid working role.

Job Duties
Typical Responsibilities
· Get records from third party systems and download to Client folders
· Check jointing records against as built drawings
· Develop & update Jointing Log / Register
· Check NDT records against as built
· Check document naming against client naming convention
· Check As built drawing against what has been requested to be updated
· Chasing records down from site team on a regular basis
· Compile manufacturers literature documents for specific project
· Checking / track records against what is expected - Managing electronic and paper-based document control systems
Key Skills and Requirements
· Strong organisational and administrative skills
· Excellent attention to detail
· Good communication and coordination abilities
· Experience with document management systems such as:
Aconex
- Viewpoint
- SharePoint - EDMS platforms
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
· Ability to manage confidential information
· Time management and multitasking skills
· Understanding of quality assurance and compliance procedures
Preferred Qualifications
· Previous experience in document control, administration, or project coordination
· Experience in construction, engineering, rail, or manufacturing sectors
· Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems can be beneficial
· Business administration or project management qualifications are advantageous but not always essential
