What You’ll Be Doing- Supporting project managers in planning, executing, and finalising projects.
- Coordinating project tasks and deliverables.
- Tracking progress and reporting updates.
- Organising and maintaining project documentation and document control.
- Scheduling and attending meetings, taking minutes, and following up on actions.
- Conducting research and compiling data for reports.
- Supporting internal audits and implementing corrective actions.
- Providing general administrative support across multiple projects.
- Formatting key documents and reports.
- Arranging travel and recording expenses for invoicing.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team.
- Someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A team player who can work across departments and support multiple projects.
- A detail-oriented individual who ensures documentation and compliance standards are met.
