Work for a well-established international engineering business that prides itself on keeping essential equipment operating across the UK. They are now looking for a proactive Service Administrator to support engineers, manage customer expectations, and ensure service work is completed efficiently and on time. The day-to-day of this role includes scheduling and prioritising Field Service Engineers, coordinating emergency breakdowns and planned servicing, communicating with customers, monitoring work in progress, liaising with third-party service providers, and ensuring service calls are completed in line with company KPIs.

You'll also resolve scheduling issues, manage changing priorities, and keep accurate service records throughout the process. The ideal candidate will have experience within a service desk, scheduling, customer service or engineering support environment. You'll be highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and confident communicating with both customers and engineers.

Experience with in engineering, plant, vehicles or capital equipment would be advantageous.
