-based business seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to become the face of the company across its two Clifton office locations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business during an exciting period of growth. The role offers long-term career prospects, with the current postholder recently securing an internal promotion after just 13 months in the position. As the first point of contact for visitors, customers and contractors, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the offices. Working Hours Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Day-to-day of the role:
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a professional manner. Welcome visitors and provide a positive first impression of the business. Prepare refreshments for visitors and management, with full training provided on the company's espresso machine if required. Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries. Maintain tidy, organised and professional office environments across both Clifton office locations. Assist with general office administration and data entry.
Support the Office Manager with day-to-day tasks and administrative projects. Manage meeting room bookings and visitor arrangements. Order and monitor office supplies when required. Provide support across other clerical and administrative functions when required. Required Skills &
Qualifications:
Previous reception, front of house, office administration, hospitality or customer-facing experience. Friendly, professional and well-presented approach. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Reliable, punctual and dependable. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic computer systems. Demonstrates initiative and can work independently when required. Takes pride in maintaining high standards and delivering an excellent visitor experience.
